Structural hollow sections ends

The ends are vertical to the longitudinal axis and are without burrs.	The tubes with deburred ends or ends customized for welding.

Deburring angle, a	30°+ 5 and 37°± 2.5

Marking of the structural hollow sections and tube bundles

(a) without marking,
(b) marked with colored stripes on the tubes (tube bundles),
(c) marked with spray either by a white or black color using InkJet,
(d) marked by stamping the data (this applies to OD > 22 mm and WT >2.3 mm).

Bundles of tubes are marked with one or more labels with the required data

Packaging of the structural hollow sections

Structural hollow sections are supplied in packages with a circular or hexagonal diameter with a weight of 300 to 3 500 kg

(a) tubes bound with a steel band

(b) tubes wrapped in plastic sheets, burlap,

(c) tubes in wooden boxes.

Structural hollow sections testing

Mandatory testing	cast analysis,
	tensile test,
	notched impact strength test (for the J2 group grade),
	visual inspection of the tubes surface.
Optional testing	selection according to standards,
	single part analysis,
	notched impact strength test for the JR and JO group.

Certified test reports for structural hollow sections

EN 10204	2.2 nonspecified testing (only mandatory tests),
	3.1 specific testing,
	3.2 after agreement .
STN 42 0250, ČSN 42 0250,
DIN 50049, 2.2 or 3.1.B, C.

Straightness of structural hollow sections

Allowed straightness is 0.002 multiple of the tube length, for 1 meter length the allowed straightness is 3 millimeters.

Condition, delivery and surface of structural hollow sections

The tubes are hot rolled above the transformation temperature and they are not heat treated. The structure's condition corresponds to normalized annealing.

Structural hollow sections surface protection

While ordering, it is necessary to agree upon the way and means of temporary protecting the surface of the tubes during transportation and storing.
