Železiarne Podbrezová, a.s. as the manufacturer and supplier of steel tubes and semi - finished products responsibly perceives their position under the European chemical legislation REACH.

Under Article 59 of the Regulation REACH was on 28 October 2008 published the candidate list raising misgivings of substances of very high concern (SVHC - Substances of Very High Concern).

We would like to inform you that according to our current knowledge the products of Železiarne Podbrezová a.s. do not contain any substance stated on the candidate list, correspond to the REACH Regulation and are safe for the environment as well as for human health.

At the same time we declare our commitment of monitoring the updates of the candidate list and enforcement of the obligation to inform about the concentrations of very dangerous substances which are above 0.1% in any of our products.
