Straightness of boiler tubes
Allowed straightness is 0.0015 multiple of the tube length, for 1 meter length the allowed straightness is 3 millimeters. |
Condition of delivery and surface of boiler tubes
Condition of the tubes meets the requirements of the appropriate standards, i.e. the tubes go through normalized forming or after cold forming goes through normalized annealing. The tube surface meets the standards’ requirements and the means of manufacturing. |
Seamless boiler tubes surface protection
While ordering, it is necessary to agree upon the method and means of temporarily protecting the surface of the tubes during transportation and storage. |
