STEEL TUBES categories
Cut and bent tubes
Seamless steel tubes can be supplied as cut tubes and bent tubes. Processed are mostly precision cold drawn tubes. Upon the requirement hot-rolled tubes can be supplied in the form of semi-finished product. Cut tubes are designed especially for manufacturers of automotive components. Just in time supplies are possible and also to create buffer stocks.

Packaging of cut tubes
Semi-finished products are delivered with respect to their dimensions and in agreement with the customer-packed in bundles, placed on metal pallets, folding box pallets or packed in cartons which are stored on wooden pallets.Certificates for cut tubes
According to DIN 50049 - EN 10204 - 2.2 or 3.1.B.

Methods of producing cut tubes
Tube bending
The tubes are bent on CNC bending equipment with the possibility of bending in three levels with no distortion of the tube bend (see table).Bend parameters:
- maximum dimension of bent tube | - 42 x 2,5 mm |
- bending radius | - 12 – 260 mm |
- maximum bending angle | - 187° |
- tolerance of the banding angle | - ± 0,1° |
- length of the tube up to the last bend | - max 3000 mm |
- length tolerance | - 0,1 mm |
